WeAdmit referral program.

WeAdmit Technologies, Inc. (“WeAdmit”, “Us” or “We”) offers the WeAdmit Referral Program (“Referral Program”) to eligible users (“Users” or “You”) who successfully refer new clients to the WeAdmit community. As a User, your participation in the Referral Program is voluntary and subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms of Participation (“Terms”).

By agreeing with these Terms and confirming your desire and intention to participate in the Referral Program, a legally binding agreement is formed between You, the User, and WeAdmit, which is designed and intended to protect your interests and ours, as well as those of any individual who has been or who may be referred to us by You.

In addition to reviewing these Terms, it is import that You review the WeAdmit Terms of Use (https://weadmit.com/terms/) and Privacy Policy (https://weadmit.com/privacy/), which are incorporated herein by reference and without limitation, including their terms which may be updated from time to time, as these Terms apply to all Users of the WeAdmit website. Please note that the personal information collected, processed, and used as part of the Referral Program will be used in accordance with WeAdmit’s Privacy Policy. If you object to anything in these Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “WeAdmit Policies”), do not participate in the Referral Program.

We offer incentive rewards (“Referral Rewards”) to eligible Referral Program participants in the form of electronic gift cards such as Amazon eGift Card. Subject to these Terms, We will issue one Referral Reward for each successful referral of a new WeAdmit client upon our receipt and acceptance of the new client’s signed contract, fee payment, and the completion of money back guarantee period provided to each new client as applicable.

The WeAdmit Referral Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. You may participate in the Referral Program by referring prospective clients who are parents or legal guardians of current high school students, legal residents of the United States, and not a current or former WeAdmit client (i.e., they must be a new client).

There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards You may receive, consistent with these Terms of Participation and the confirmed eligibility of both You and the referred client at the time the reward is issued.

You may not refer yourself or represent that you referred a client unless you did, indeed, refer that client. Should We receive multiple referrals for a prospective client from an individual referring User, We will only issue one reward to the eligible referring User. Should We receive referrals for a prospective client from multiple referring Users, We will issue one reward to a single, eligible referring User subject to our discretion and fair determination.

Since your contact information was initially provided to us by a prospective client, We are not liable for errors in the information provided to us and are not responsible in the event that a prospective client fails to provide the name of a referrer at sign-up or later changes or withdraws the name of their referrer.

We reserve the right to deny issuance of a Referral Reward to any participant who violates these Terms in connection with a particular referral. We further reserve the right to disqualify from program participation any User who is found to be ineligible for participation in the Referral Program or who repeatedly acts in violation of the WeAdmit Policies, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion. By way of example, but not limitation, We may suspend or revoke a User’s participation in the Referral Program if the User is discovered not to be a legal resident of the United States or if the User repeatedly refers individuals whom the User knows to be non-students.

In the event a Referral Reward is issued in error or is obtained by fraud, deceit, or any unlawful, prohibited, or unauthorized means, We reserve the right to revoke or cancel the issued reward in our sole and absolute discretion.

Your participation in the Referral Program is further subject to your continued agreement and compliance with the WeAdmit Policies. As a Referral Program participant, it is critical that you strictly adhere to the Terms of Use when accessing the WeAdmit website or engaging in referral activities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not (i) violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that could reasonably be deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of WeAdmit and its programs and operations; (ii) act in any way as to disparage the name or reputation of WeAdmit or its affiliates; or (iii) use the WeAdmit name or marks in connection with unrelated or controversial topics or statements, including those that are political, obscene, or otherwise offensive or objectionable in nature.

You understand and agree that We shall not be liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, or any other type of damages arising from your use or inability to use the WeAdmit website or the Referral Program. You further agree to indemnify Us for any liabilities resulting from Your use of any third party product or website that is mentioned, with or without internet address, on our website either by Us or by a third-party. We cannot and do not guaranty the identity, safety, or quality of any third-party mentioned on or linked to this website.

By agreeing to participate in the Referral Program, You agree to hold harmless WeAdmit, as well as our affiliates, contractors, employees, and representatives, from and against any and all liabilities incurred in connection with your use of the WeAdmit website or your participation in the Referral Program.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify any User at any time from participation in the Referral Program if We have a good faith belief that the User has violated any of these Terms. A disqualified User may be eligible for requalification at a later time at our sole discretion.

We may, from time to time, update these Terms of Participation. All updates may be found on this page. Minor updates will be announced on the website, and all major updates, including substantive changes to the Referral Program, will be announced by email notification. By agreeing to these Terms, You consent to being notified by email of any major program changes or program announcements. Your ongoing participation in the Referral Program and/or use of the website represents your consent to any and all updates to these Terms.
